NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Krista Duhon, Purchasing Agent for the City of Miami will receive SEALED bids until 2 P.M. CST, Wednesday, May 5th, 2021. All bids that have been duly received by the appropriate date and time will be opened in the Office of the Purchasing Agent, located in the Miami City Hall, 129 5th Ave. NW, Miami, OK. Bids will be reviewed by staff and then submitted to the Miami City Council to be considered/approved at a Regularly Scheduled Meeting at Miami City Hall.
AS NEEDED, ON-CALL, WATERLINE REPLACEMENT LABOR
FOR THE CITY OF MIAMI AND AFFILIATES
The City is seeking sealed bids for non-exclusive, as-needed, labor for replacement of water lines owned or within the control of the City of Miami and any of its affiliated entities, including but not limited to the Miami Special Utility Authority.
Copies of Plans, Specifications, and Contract Documents are on file with the City of Miami, 129 5th NW, Miami, Oklahoma 74354, (918) 541-6685, and are open to public inspection. A set of said documents may be obtained at the City Purchasing Office or by e-mail request at firstname.lastname@example.org. A packet may also be downloaded using the link below. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
When submitting a bid, the outside of the envelope must be clearly marked with the submitter’s name and the solicitation number C21-16.
SMALL BUSINESS AND MINORITY BUSINESSES ARE ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE.
Any bid received after the time set for the opening of bids, shall not be considered by the awarding agency, and shall be returned unopened to the bidder submitting same.
