NOTICE TO BIDDERS (C19-25)
SOLID WASTE TRANSFER STATION NORTH WALL REINFORCEMENT
Krista Duhon, Purchasing Agent for the City of Miami, Oklahoma will receive sealed bids until 10 A.M. CST, Friday, June 21st, 2019, for the following goods/services. All bids that have been duly received by the appropriate date and time will be opened in the Office of the Purchasing Agent, located in the Miami City Hall, 129 5th Ave. NW, Miami, OK. Staff will evaluate responses and present a recommendation to the City Council for its consideration and approval.
PROPOSAL SHALL BE CLEARLY MARKED “C19-25” WITH
THE BIDDER’S NAME CLEARLY WRITTEN ON THE ENVELOPE.
Project Description: Installation and repairs of the north wall of the City Solid Waste Transfer Station. The project shall be measured and paid by a lump sum price when completed and accepted by the City. In preparing bid responses, contractors must consider the cost of labor, equipment and material for all repairs and improvements as shown in the Construction Drawings. Bids will be for completion of said project which will consist of wall panel cladding removal and replacement, plate steel liner panel installation, exterior bracing, and any structural member replacement as deemed necessary as noted on the drawings. All labor, equipment, material and application shall meet the specifications as listed in the Construction Drawings. The budget for this project is $80,000.
The City of Miami reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
Any proposals received after the time set for the opening, shall not be considered, and shall be returned unopened to the proposer submitting same.
