NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Krista Duhon, Purchasing Agent for the City of Miami, Oklahoma will receive sealed bids until 5:00 P.M. CST, Monday, March 15, 2018, for the following goods/services. All bids that have been duly received by the appropriate date and time will be opened in the Office of the Purchasing Agent, located in the Miami City Hall, 129 5th Ave. NW, Miami, OK. Staff will evaluate responses and present a recommendation to the City Council for its consideration and approval.

BID ENVELOPES SHALL BE CLEARLY MARKED “SEALED BID” WITH THE BIDDER’S NAME & APPROPRIATE SOLICITATION NUMBER (C18-51) CLEARLY SHOWN ON FRONT OF THE ENVELOPE.
The City Council and MSUA reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
Any bid received after the time set for the opening of bids, shall not be considered by the awarding agency, and shall be returned unopened to the bidder submitting same.
